Peyton Boswell, Managing Partner

Peyton leads corporate strategy and project origination for Woodfield. 

Prior to founding Woodfield, Peyton was the co-founder and CEO of EnterSolar, a leading commercial solar developer, and led the company for over ten years before overseeing the sale of the business to a strategic partner in 2021. He previously worked as an investment banker at JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America. Peyton received his B.A. in Government from Cornell University, M.B.A from Columbia University, and is a CFA charter holder.

John Galante, Managing Partner

John leads operations, project finance, and investor relations at Woodfield. 

Prior to founding Woodfield, he served as the CFO and COO of EnterSolar (since rebranded as PowerFlex), a leading national commercial solar developer, and oversaw the sale of the business to EDF Renewables. John began his career as an investment banker at JPMorgan Chase and has extensive experience in the private investment sector.  He received his B.S. in Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an M.B.A from the University of Rochester. John currently sits on the Board of Directors of MaxSolar, LLC, a solar operations and maintenance company, as well as Drone Drafting, LLC, a site mapping company servicing the solar industry.

David Pomeroy, Vice President, Project Finance

David focuses on project finance, strategy, and portfolio optimization at Woodfield.

Prior to Woodfield, he led project finance at EnterSolar. David began his career as an auditor at EY and is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his B.S. in Commerce and M.S. in Accounting from the University of Virginia. David is also a NABCEP PV Associate.

Jonathan Fort, Vice President, Operations 

Jonathan leads asset management at Woodfield. 

Prior to joining Woodfield, Jonathan was a senior leader at several notable solar companies including MaxSolar, NovaSource, and Safari Energy. He has a diverse range of experience, running the gamut from field operations to asset management to software product development, giving him a holistic understanding of the elements required to successfully operate a fleet of installed PV assets. Over the past 15 years, his teams have been responsible for the performance and maintenance of more than 1GW of generation capacity.

Tyler Bonini, Principal, Acquisitions

Tyler focuses on deal origination and works directly with portfolio companies on business development and corporate strategy.

Prior to Woodfield, he worked in a business development and finance role at EnterSolar.  He previously worked at a consulting firm providing third party diligence on private equity and venture capital deals in the energy sector.  Tyler received his B.A. in Environmental Economics from Middlebury College. He also serves as a Board Observer for NovoHydrogen.
